Tommy Seymour

Tommy Seymour

After graduating from the University of Edinburgh with a degree in Geology and Physical Geography, Tommy enrolled on a Field Engineer graduate programme with an oilfield service company. Following over a year of working offshore, he changed career paths, in search of a more emotionally rewarding role.

Tommy then found himself in the world of Supported Employment and over the past five years, has worked on a range of programmes throughout Edinburgh, the Lothians and Lanarkshire as an Employment Coordinator, Team Leader and latterly in training delivery.

Tommy is keen to put his passion for equality, relationship building and training coordination into practice by supporting the SVN and Inclusive Leadership Programme delivery.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, painting, surfing and rugby.
